OFFICE MANAGER for Functional Medicine Family Practice - Part Time

Our healthcare office specializes in functional medicine within a family practice environment and we're in need of a versatile and financially savvy Office Manager/Customer Service Professional to assist with our daily operations.

About the Position:

We are looking for a rock star administrative/customer service/operations professional who has the ability and passion to:

ââ- Provide a first-rate experience for all of our customers and clients; resolving all inquiries professionally and accurately.

- Acquire a full working knowledge of all of our products and programs to facilitate membership sales.

- Provide an organized, systematized office environment â including team support, filing, answering phones, responding to email, managing a busy calendar.

- Possess financial acumen to manage business operations while envisioning, spearheading, and managing growth initiatives and programs.

Compensation:

- $24-35 per hour, contingent on experience, with ample room for growth.

- Part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week.

- Office and remote work options: While we prefer someone who can work from our Santa Barbara office when necessary, we also offer flexibility for remote work when feasible.
