Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List – Now Accepting Applications

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara (HACSB) continues to accept applications for its Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List.

All eligible households are encouraged to apply. However, HACSB currently has a greater need for applicants on its 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom waiting lists. Applicants must meet all program eligibility requirements, including household income.

Unit Size Guidelines

•1-Bedroom Units: Generally suitable for households of 1–2 persons

•2-Bedroom Units: Generally suitable for households of 3–4 persons

•3-Bedroom Units: Generally suitable for households of 5–6 persons

•4-Bedroom Units: Generally suitable for households of 7–8 persons

Income Limits

Household income must not exceed 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Santa Barbara County.

6 Persons/$126,780
